Was up there Wednesday and you can launch no problem. Even Wed there were 5-6 trailers in the lot and I saw 3 boats fishing the area there at the dam end.
For me I was looking for smallies but all I caught were trout, nothing over 19" and that was from both Oneida and the river below.
You also used to be able to park up by the dam but they have a new gate and fence now so it's not as easy to access the rockface of the dam.
