Great Place for Kids-Rigby Lake

The Park is Closed for the Season, with access blocked by a locked gate. Is it OK to enter alway to fish the Lake? I was thinking about taking by tube out last weekend to miss around with a new fish finder but didnt wnat to walk around the gate and get into any trouble.
