So a quick update.
I did order the light weight combo, then got the email back from the company saying the ODC 420 was 12 lbs.
With the confusion from their promo videos, and other reviews on the web saying it weighs 16 lbs. I called Creek Company. I talked to the guy that replyed to my email he said he took an ODC 420 still in the box, and weighed it on their scale he said it came out to 13 lbs and some change. So 12lbs would be just about right.
I then told him why I was
with the website videos saying 16 lbs then him saying 12 lbs.
So long story shortened I canceled the order for the lightweight, and they refunded me my money.
I will wait for the ODC 420 to go on sale then get it. I will gladly pack the extra 4 pounds for the added strength of the ODC 420. I will also watch to see if the air seats go on sale, and get a set of them for the tube to make it even lighter, and more packable.
Great customer service by them, have them actually weight it was great peace of mind for me.
