Have some information to add to this, not so much Utah but standards being done here.

Powell is closed, people can access their houseboats at the slips but cannot launch.

Lee's Ferry closed, rafters who became protesters got turned back and plan to camp outside the turn-off as long as they can.

Heard first hand of a man and his son launching and Mead and being promptly turned back around and docks were pulled from the water.

We have a chain of desert lakes on the Verde River all within an hour or so from Phoenix that get TONS of traffic from bass fisherman, tournaments, and water sports. Well they are also all on National Forest land. Closed and being enforced by Sheriff's office. And folks are very very upset. Millions in $$$ lost already by local businesses.
