RAC meeting in SLC for 2014 Fishing Regs

Actually the slot limit for bass is a good idea, but as Mr. Birdsey stated that there needs to be a harvest for a slot limit to work. T works at strawberry because there is a harvest. With bass here in Utah there is not much harvest so the slot limit would not work very well. Now changing size restrictions will help. Such as all fish over 12" must be immediately released.
