At our closest kokanee lake, that has a boat ramp, they average 9 to 11 inches in most years and in really good years they get up to 13 inches. At one of our best lakes in the state, Flaming Gorge, they average 13" to 15" on the Utah side but on the Wyoming side, it is not uncommon for them to get up to 18" to 20" and at one of the tournaments last year they caught one that was 6 lbs.
