I dont know how long you have lived in Utah or how old you are but this isn't a first, we had one that lasted 5 years 1988 to 1993 & most recent 1999 to 2002.

Again look up the historical data the drought in 2002 lowest recorded past 100 years and then we bounced back from it. It happens welcome to Utah.
