Fishing Pond at Stephanie & 215 in Vegas???

Would be nice to have an urban pond that only has largemouths and cats. That is my kind of pond. One thing about it is that the water level keeps on going higher. And I only live about 5 miles away from it. It would be nice to only have ride my bike to it.
