[cool]You are right about that! I have fished all up and down the sierras and the stream fishing is fantastic. Also hiking to the higher lakes and streams will be rewarded with lots of fish and various types of trout. A great hike is Twenty Lakes valley above 
dlebag lake. I saw a guy hiking out with a 14" golden trout caught from one of the lakes.Normally I have seen and caught them to 6-8 inches. And the scenery is great.
