Exactly. What a waste of time and effort. I would think it would be more beneficial to anglers and wildlife to have CO's worry about other issues, than 2-pole permits. Seriously, right now, how big of a problem is 2-pole permit discrepancies?? Is it big enough of a problem that our CO's should be watching and checking for 2-pole permits? Give everyone the right to use 2 poles if they wish, and eliminate the need to enforce a 2 pole permit rule.
Let's enforce some slot limit regulations instead.
Let's enforce harvest limits.
Let's enforce bait restrictions.
Let's enforce tributary closures for spawning fish.
