I honestly wouldn't be shocked if that's what its for. They haven't altready altered the provo river yet have they? That's gonna cost them millions. Honestly I think we're the suckers for thinking we can fix that mess. I think Utah Lake could definetely get cleaner and have less carp but the sucker restoration part isn't ever gonna happen. Assuming we can get all the carp, all the other species of fish are going to increase in numbers and each the June sucker eggs.
