DWR proposed fishing license increase

So what else should I want it to go towards and look forward to be my 8$ to go towards? When me or you goes fishing what's there to care about other than the environment of the area and the wildlife(fish) in the water? Cool that's great and cute it's trying to gain youth and veteran fishers. Unfortunately I don't think the bulk of the population 18-65 should be paying literally more than double what veterans or a 17 year old has to pay. Look, I know the increase is going to happen but i'm saying why it shouldn't. They can pretty much do anything about the pricing that they want. Doesn't mean I think it's right/worth it.
