DWR proposed fishing license increase

Wow so the original discussion about this topic went from how they supposedly need more money to stock what they're doin now, to they need it for other stuff. Hahaha I showed how hardly any of that fishing license fee goes toward fish stocking which is pretty much what all of us would want maintained. They could budget their money around and still maintain their stocking if tey cut money from research/other not absolutely necessary functions. Two different debate topics buddy.
