It seems like 90% of the people here who don't mind the increase are under the illusion that these extra monies will go to the DWR folks to use for the resource. You have a big wake up call coming of you believe that! Like I said if they can prove the FISHING license increase went to fishing related causes then GREAT!!! Whether it be helping pay wages, helping with stocking efforts or research whatever, but the 
fact is it will just go into the general fund to make up for shortcomings in something non related. Sad fact is the division will probably get none of the funds and in the end be lucky to get the same amount that they currently do. Could be wrong here but I highly doubt it.
