You are allowed 2 possession limits on your person in AK. But once the fish is processed it is no longer considered a portion of your possession limit.
So whole fish is treated very different then fillets. But if you leave the fish semi whole, i.e. the head and guts removed and then vaccum sealed it is considered processed. [
