I don't feel in this particular case that there was anything "unethical" happening. If I liked eating bass, keeping two decent bass to eat out of a sub-par fishery seems fine to me. In his defense, he'll probably not go keep two more this season from there. Now if he kept that many several times a week, it would become an issue. Bass fishing is what it is in Utah....barely OK. Eviltyedye isn't going to hurt it! I am understanding of you bassguys concerns though, and feel your pains. I'm kinda lucky they're not messin' with my brook trout yet! That's NOT a challenge
