Chesterfield on the 4th

Unfortunately, being drained used to be an every other year occurrence at Chesterfield. It has been better the last 5-10 years. I know that F&G and many others have worked to get a survival pool, but I don't know if they got it, or got enough water rights to cover really bad years.
