Foul-hooked 3 perch with a crankbait. All roughly 7". Caught one 5" bluegill on a jerk bait... I don't think that's enough empirical evidence to say what size they seem to be...
Lots and lots of little bluegill were visible, though. They'd chase every lure I threw.
