Just tried a new pecan crusted trout recipe on the fish from Chesterfield. Egg, ground pecans and flour, fry fish. Made sauce with rosemary, tyme, white wine, lemon zest, shallots, heavy cream, and orange juice. Lordy me! Fantastic.
