Angler Harvest and Fisheries Management

Was waiting for the ice topic on Henry's to come up. Since I never fished it prior to a couple years ago I can't attest to before and after. I can read up and chat with biologists then draw my own conclusions. Personally this info to me is less to do with ice fisherman and more with it needing either the stocking to drop to account for increased natural spawning or encourage more harvest to balance it out. Lots of 18-20 in cuts cruising around there. Could be wrong but putting a size limit or something could be looked at. End of the day I still stick to the less stocking and more effort to preserve or restore the natural habit.
