Angler Harvest and Fisheries Management

Not uncommon to see Mexicans with buckets full of fish, all kinds and sizes. Did you know they fish with beer cans? Had opportunity to salvage lots of trout, but I'd rather spent my money to keep beef frozen. Morts are 2 bucks a bag. I kill carp cuz crawdads gotta eat too, everything else gets a pass.

Local Mexican got charges dismissed for killing a sturgeon becuz the regs weren't in Spanish.

Mexican is the correct term, it is where they are FROM.
