Angler Harvest and Fisheries Management

Thanks for posting this, it's a good read.

Personally, I do like to harvest fish. I rarely aim for my limit, I'm just not that into cleaning them.
But somedays I'm not in the mood to clean any of them, so I C&R.
And sometimes they are just sooo much fun to play out, that I let them go, so they can go forth and multiply!
