From the gages... water above Soda is abt 1300, but they are putting a bunch out of Oneida too at 700 to almost 900. Considering the big canals in between the dams, they are spitting most of the intake out of Oneida at the moment. That changes with power demands.
Oneida and Alexander aren't like most reservoirs. They don't catch the winter water and ration it over the summer. They are more like a wide slow spot in the river. They have an amazing turn over rate.
