Never get tired of saying it--- Thanks for the expert info Whizzle and Wolves.I learn more here in ten minutes than I would on my own for hours.
Didn't mean to hijack your thread Revival--- hope you get some soon!
No worries at all! I am here to listen to any advice others are willing to share as well!
Still struggling to get that 2nd bass. My girlfriend and I went out to FLP early wednesday morning I was able to get a strike and lost it. I was using a brand new reel and silly me didnt adjust the drag. After couple hours, i was so frustrated that we left. Ended up going to sportsman to check things out and we ended up going to FLP to catch bluegill for about and hour or 2 just to remember what catching something felt like....haha.
I went to FLP early yesterday morning by myself for couple hours and still nothing. I been trying everything including drop shotting, c-rig, t-rigging plastics (flukes, senkos, brush hogs etc), wacky senkos, variety of swimbaits, spinerbaits, rooster tails and shallow crankbaits.
I soon what to try Lake Mead or Sandy Hollow (how far is it?) but I am still destined to catch a bass in the bottom pond at FLP. The mission continues......
