I don't really know for sure if they will drain it all the way,, but that's the big rumor I'm hearing.
I read somewhere last week that it was at less than 20% and supposedly we have irrigation until the end of the month, so I'm guessing that's not gonna leave much more than the Bigwood river channel flowing through.
I have seen it that way in the early 90s..
