CJ Strike access points closed

I find it interesting that Homeland Security would care so much about the dam at CJ Strike. The dams on the Missouri River back home in SD make the dam at CJ look like a children's toy and there is basically no restrictions for fisherman. Heck, I fish Big Bend Dam quite a bit, and can literally stand on the rocks right below the powerhouse and/or emergency spillway. The same goes for Gavins Point Dam, Fort Randall Dam, and the Oahe dam (4th largest in the entire country).

Seems there could be an agenda involved?
