Milo is a grain you buy in a 50lb bag at the feed store. You fill a 5 gallon bucket about 3/4 full then add a cup of sugar and a beer to jump start the fermenting process. Cover the milo with water put the lid on loosely so it doesn't explode and set it out in the hot sun for about two weeks. Add water as needed without making it soupy. after it quits bubbling you can put the lid on tight. Man is it stinky. Spread it around you boat liberally. Its supposed to bring in the cats really well. Just chum like corn.
