Chesterfield 7lb. 26 inch
#35
Fish were hanging from 12 to 18 feet. Had F&G tell us during winter months if able to fish North end away from pressure. We stayed in the north end trolling. There is a point before entering back end that shallows up, after if drops back down to about 19 feet we troll into that back end till about ten feet. Everybody's right, I think the lake has been hit hard. Out of 75 fish we landed, maybe a dozen were over 5 lbs, another dozen 3-4 lbs, and the rest those littler types.

Something you might get a kick out of. Last year I went over that shallow point and hooked up on the bottom. It finally broke loose and when my lure came up I had a fishing rod attached, nice Zebco. So Saturday, same spot my dad snags the bottom and he pull up a Ranger net, in better shape then the net we use. SCORE! Makes me wonder if someone capsized in that area.
