You know, thinking back through a lot of years of fishing at C.J Strike, winter spring summer and fall... The only true " locals" that I can think of that might have an issue with any of this, are the crusty old dudes that roll into Black Sands from areas surrounding and get hammered drunk in the afternoons because 1> Nobody knows where they are 2> They can drive back roads home 3> They are not 86'ed yet like they are at the De-rail or Y bar If you are indeed a "local" then you wont argue this fact.
