As things sit right now at Henry's, a bit of harvesting would help. But a size restriction of 1 over 20" and 1 under 20" would be a good conservation stand, in my opinion.
As far as the dock madness goes, fish on I guess. It's ugly but legal. To each their own. I personally would rather go to less congested areas and work for isolated, classier fish.[
