It really makes you mad to go to the fishing hole where you expect to be able to enjoy getting out and all of the beauty of creation and have to stand in what looks like a public dump. We have gotten in the habit of taking a couple extra bags out and packing up the slob's garbage where we fish. There is a used fishing line receptacle at the Pali
es dam and you can easily fill a bag with just used line along the bank below the dam let alone beer cans,tackle wrappers and bait containers. We need to help police it. Take some extra bags and offer them to others out there and encourage them to pack a bag of garbage out with them. We are going to have to adopt a fishing hole and step up. I am still going to be mad about it but I am also going to try to do something about it,The world is full of slobs and that is not going to change anytime soon. Thankfully there are also real sportsmen and women that care and respect the resources.
