Welcome to the site Mr. Watson. By the way, will you be shore fishing or fishing from a boat? What kind of bait are you using? I know some folks use a live minnow below a bobber if that is legal your state. Around here, live minnows are not legal and I think most bass fishermen use plastics. Check out that link, then go to the bass board for more on bass fisning methods. Good luck.
