Lake Walcott pointers

Going out fishing on thursday to the lake with a buddy of mine for some bass. Believe it or not i have been to that lake about 100 or so times for waterfowl but have never fished it[crazy]. Anyway if anyone knows where a guy might go for some smallies and maybe what they are hitting on out there right now. And keep in mind i have a little 12ft with a 6hp. Thank you
