Try right at 3 Forks and work your way up toward the fish barrier and you'll find cutts this time of year. It's pretty much only cutts above the barrier. Usually you'll find more of them if you go several miles above 3 forks this time of year. Even better go a mile or 2 above the next gate up. Not sure what gates are open yet. Many times I'll bring a bike just in case the gates are closed so I can cover a few miles quickly. I've never bothered with streamers. They take nymphs freely and occasional some descent dry action this time of year. With the warming weather best to start early as sometimes it'll turn more off color from snowmelt by mid afternoon.
