The current utah state angling record muskie was caught through the ice. My buddies dad caught it. It also broke several other world records. Cant remember exactly, but largest fish with a tip up recorded was one. He has it mounted in his house. He would cattch them consistantly right off Cemetary Point through the ice with perch meat on a Jig. He said he would fish for perch and wait for the bite to slow. He would figure the reason why was a tiger was moving through, so he would reel his perch line in and go in with his muskie bait
