I'm no authority, just sharing what they have posted.
I think any water can have tighter restrictions than the general Utah boating regs.
The one reference I lean on is: "safe speeds"
I expect that the usual 150ft "proximity" laws should be in effect. I'd also expect that any youngsters running around on waverunners should have taken the boating safety course. Again - would like to see THAT checked along with the Mussel certificates! (just took my exam today)
