If you want to stay on that $50 range go to fish tech and get yourself a Martin mountain brook reel. It's nothin fancy but it gets the job done... I bought this when I started 10 years ago and I still have it on my 4 wt. awesome reel for the price! Amazon has it for under $40 bucks also http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B003N7R6Y0
