That I can't say for sure. I know that I didn't see any oil slicks on the water, but then again I was 200 feet from the buoys when I got lit up with red and blue lights. I was just out looking through the binoculars and taken video, doing ahout two MPH minding my own business when he came and talked to me. What I thought was almost laughable was when he told me that I had to keep it under wake speed yet he ran up on me doing 20 plus MPH only 20 feet from the buoys throwing a huge wake well beyond the buoys. Do as I say not as I do I guess.[:/]
