Per the DWR Fishing Reports webpage dated 04/04:
"You can still access the north dike by taking the dirt road north of the State Park entrance gate back to the outlet gate. This can be a good area for springtime wiper fishing. The south marina is also open, and you can launch a boat. Some wipers and crappie were caught this week near the south dike."
