I drove up to the State Park main boat ramp and parking area to check on ice conditions today. As huntnchucky said there is still an ice sheet by the dam extending into Knight Hollow and Saluratus Wash. It is breaking up pretty fast with large chunks of ice floating around out from the boat launch area. So beware of drifting icebergs.

Out from the boat ramp and the rest of the lake to the Strawberry River inlet is pretty much open except in the very back of some of the bays.
