You know I spent a few days on Willard last spring & summer and I never did see any gill nets set out. I'm not saying they weren't there, I just never saw any. I use to spend alot of time on Yuba years ago and I would see them there. I'm getting older and my eyes are getting bad so I'm sure that could be the reason for not spotting them at Willard.
