No did not attend the open house in 2012. I have not attened any open houses, but I am very familiar with RAC's mostly for big game issues.
I'am not asking for them to send me a memo or post on this site or any other. Posting it on thier site would have been nice, or in the regulations for this year under the highlights section.
You can find more information about the wiper limit reduction change in 2011 than the inlet change. A simple 8.5x11 sheet on the booth at willard/fish cleaning station with the words "[#ff0000]Attention Fisherman: Rule Change Proposal" [/#ff0000][#000000]would have been nice too.
