[cool][#0000FF]The hardcore wallieholics start ganging up on Starvy anytime from about the middle of May. And even on weekdays you often have a lot of new best friends out over the better known spots.
Of course the boats always have the right of way...and since the proximity rule does not apply at the wakeless trolling speed for walleyes...they don't pay much attention to a fat old guy (like me) in a float tube. I have actually had them bump into me and then yell at me for being on their lake. All that while I often catch more and bigger ones than they do.
The good news is that once the toothy fishies go on the chew there are plenty of places to find them and many different techniques that will put a lot of them on the end of your line. It can take a lifetime to search out all the spots on Starvation and to develop all of the tactics that will work. I'm still working on it. The best part of getting a degree in wallieology is the lab work.
