I'm not entirely sure of the location but I do know the Tres Rios Management area upstream was designed to try to let natural marshlands filter out all the chemicals and pollutants from the treatment facilities. Personally I'd rather fish at the community ponds, same types of catches in semi-clean water. Lake Pleasant isn't too far either.
