Neil, easy man, I do think that lake needs a limit on the larger one's, you and Rob made my point, all anyone takes out of there during the winter months are the big spawning females and I firmly believe that the big ones make the difference in a fishery not the little one's, the bigger perch are known too eat there young and I believe that is a good thing, nobody keeps 1"-6" perch, but the bigger females love them, that too me is keeping a balance of to many little one's, and i'm not really following your thinking on if it a broke don't fix it, well if we wait for it too break than it'll be 10 years before its fixed again... preventive measure's for a lake are the same as preventive measures too keep your truck/car running and getting you too work, I partially depend on cascade lake too feed my family since I do not buy meat, so I may have a different perspective than most do, I am looking for the future, not just now, and this is me just talking Neil, so don't take it negatively, internet seems like these days makes more enemies than friends, hopefully you will still go fishing with me....[
], oh and i'm waiting on my last part for my boat and we can go hit CJ and the river, everything got fixed except that there was a bad sensor that needs too be replaced and I had too order it,
