It just bugs me that they drained it so quickly, but all the extra water that wasn't used just ran into Twin, which was also drained for dam repair. They put more water into Condie in the fall, so if they could do it then, why couldn't they have done it in August? I still stand by my belief that it was all a bunch of BS that had to do with their Narrows dam. Winder still had lots of water, it wasn't drawn down even close. Oh well, hopefully they can bring some bass over from Treasureton to give it a head start in the recovery. If not, I don't think there's much left after the onslaught of pelicans to even recover.
