I guess the rest of the angling, or kayaking, public should get informed so we can have an easier time swallowing the changes that were made when HB141 became law. Before that, the public had the right to use the rivers and streams. They have NEVER had the right to trespass on private property to access the streams. They've never had the right to litter either.
