New River Access Bill to be filed

I pick up garbage all the time in my front yard. Anywhere there are people and wind, this is going to be a concern. Such is life.
For the most part, I do feel that a lot of the trash problem was propaganda and some even proven. I do realize there can be some but land owners make it sound like that is the goal, which it is not. I have fished the Provo and the Weber and I have seen the trash, but true, but nothing a few minutes can't cure. Can't change people that have no idea they need to change.
Sorry this has come down to the pros and cons. Too bad the landowners felt they had this right, so understandable when something is taken away, it is not received with open arms.
