Here a few years back, I was above the cable, above Hiese, was about twenty feet off the shore, I backcast and hooked into the bushes. When I looked over there it wasn't the bushes that I had hooked but a fish and game officer with a welding glove on. He had reached into the air grabbed my line, and checked my fly to make sure it was barbless. Opps, and Ouch, $50 dollar fine. Lesson well learned, when changing flies often don't forget to bend back. By the way, do you still have to bend back those barbs on the South?
