CM 23 you surprise me. I didn't think anyone could be so incapable of understanding the basic history and laws of our land. I thought it was 100% greed and not ignorance. Clearly you have proven me wrong. I'll try my best not to argue with you about historical facts of our state and country or legal precedents and such as it clearly is a waste of my time. I do own land in Utah with a waterway that flows through it. No hard feelings, you're still welcome to access it legally just like the rest of of the public.
